Description
Marine fixed deck foam fire extinguishing system is to be designed for extinguishing fire on deck for chemical vessels or oil tankers with low expansion foam. There are two major systems, foam bladder tank proportioning system and balanced pressure proportioning system.
The Low Expansion Foam fire extinguishing system uses a non-toxic foam concentrate, water and air to effectively extinguish fires in open spaces. The system provides safe and effective protection, and is harmless to the crew and environment.

1. Chapter 6 of International Code for Fire Safety Systems, as Amended by MSC. 327(90) and Chapter 14 of International Code for Fire Safety Systems, as Amended by MSC. 339(91).
2. GB20031-2005 The Articles 5.1 of General technical specifications for foam fire extinguishing systems and components.
