Marine vortex pumps are a special form of centrifugal pumps, also called centrifugal vortex pump., 1.5CWX centrifugal vortex pump widely used in modern ships. However, the liquid is constantly impacted during the spiral advance, and the energy consumption is large, so the efficiency of the centrifugal vortex pump is not high.

The installation fit clearance of the main parts of the vortex pump is as follows:
(1) The radial runout error of the shaft journal at each fitting of the pump shaft shall not exceed 0.02mm.
(2) The non-perpendicular error between the two ends of the impeller of the vortex pump and the center line of the pump shaft does not exceed 0.02mm.
(3) The axial gap between the impeller of the vortex pump and the pump body (or partition) is 0.15 ~ 0.25mm; this gap can be adjusted by the thickness of the paper pad between the pump body and the pump cover
